Shipping Policy

​All t-shirts, hoodies and tops are printed and dispatched as below:

1. All of the order is IN STOCK, time is BEFORE midday:
   Dispatch estimate is set as TODAY.

2. All of the order is IN STOCK, time is AFTER 2pm
   Dispatch estimate is set as TOMORROW (If after 2pm on a Friday then dispatch will be Monday)

3. Order is NOT IN STOCK, time is BEFORE 3:45pm
   Dispatch estimate is set as TOMORROW (If before midnight on a Saturday then dispatch will be Monday)

4. Order is NOT IN STOCK, time is AFTER 3:45pm
   Dispatch estimate is set as THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW. (If after midnight on Saturday then dispatch will be Tuesday)

​​T- Shirts: Royal Mail 1st Class, usually arrives the day after dispatch. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:
Embroidered caps and beanies are currently being shipped from a seperate location within the UK, which takes 1-2 days to prepare and approx. 5 days postage with Evri.

Refund Policy

​

Refunds can only be accepted if the item is unworn and in it's original packaging i.e it has been tried on at home but not worn and shows no signs of being worn.

Please contact us at venomous.females@outlook.com within two weeks of purchase to request a refund.
